1. Setup Chad account for your store

First time using Chad?

Please choose one of the following options to onboard to Chad. ✅

2. Login to Chad dashboard

Go to https://app.trychad.com/ and login with your account credentials:

You will see following screen:

4. Install Chad AI Agents for Monday.com

Continue to click Connect monday.com in the modal, a new window/tab will open, and you will see the following screen:

Click Install to install Chad app for Monday.com, and then you can return to the original tab, you will see like this:

Now, please click Grant access button to grant access permissions, after click, you can see following:

5. Specify the active workspace you want to connect to Chad

In the Integrations > CRM page, you can specify the active workspace you want to connect to Chad

Select a workspace to receive your users’ lead form submissions. Make sure this workspace includes the following boards: Leads, Contacts, Deals, and Accounts.If these boards do not exist yet, create them in your Monday.com account first, then return to the Chad Dashboard to configure the integration.

6. Install Chad widget on your site

Depends on the type of your store, you can install chad widget with different options:
